ANTM Host: Hi Kristi and welcome to the chat. Are you ready to answer some questions from the fans?
Kristi: Let's do it!

gigi: Was it hard to walk down on that stage?
Kristi: It was really hard. The heels were huge and the floor was slippery and you couldn't see where you were going.

DiorShoes: Kristi, how hard was it to hear the judges judge your chin and jaw line? I thought it was unfair, since I thought Kelle and Jennipher had worse pictures than you!
Kristi: It's hard when people critique things you can't change. After someone tells you your chin and your jaw look funny, it's hard to think about anything else. But you get over it, because there's nothing you can really do about it.

guillermoluvsme: Kristi, did the criticism of your jaw make you less confident, or did you take it constructively?
Kristi: I wish I had taken it more constructively. It could have been a really useful comment, but I took it personally and didn't use it very well. I'm learning how to use it better now.

Britni: Did Tyra and the other judges tell you to work on your jaw line and mouth before you got eliminated? If not, did you think it was unfair for them not to give you a chance?
Kristi: They talked about my mouth before, but not specifically my jaw line. I didn't think it was unfair because this competition isn't really about fair. It's about if you worked it or not. I wish I'd had another chance to improve, but what can you do?

Middle_Tom: What was your favorite moment during the show?
Kristi: Believe it or not, it was trying to balance on top of the rocks in Jamaica. Even though it was really hard, it was so fun because it felt like being a real model. Plus, it was a really good first photo shoot.

DiorShoes: Kristi, what did you think about the big fight between Eva and Amanda? Was it as dramatic as they displayed it on TV?
Kristi: I thought it was crazy! I have no idea what the big fight was about, but I could tell it was a big deal because my boyfriend could hear it through the phone. Eva and Ann kept talking about it for a half hour in the room afterward.

TYRA: Why did you put that ANTM on your butt?
Kristi: It wasn't me. That was Jennipher that put it on her butt, and I think she did it because she wanted to try and stand out.

Middle_Tom: Did you like Miss J?
Kristi: I think he's fabulous! He's so unexpected--you never know what he's going to say and do--and he's hilarious.

Leita: Did you girls get along well off-camera? How was it to constantly have a camera in your face?
Kristi: I made it a point to get along with people. I thought it was really important that if weren't competing or doing a photo shoot, that we try to be friends, and I think that was hard to do because there was a camera in your face all the time. It's a weird thing. You never really know what it's like to have someone watch you all the time until it happens, and I don't care what other people say, but you don't forget about the cameras. You always know they're there.

PriscillaW: Hey Kristi, I think you are pretty, and your lovely personality made you even more beautiful. What did you think when you were eliminated? What did you do when you got home?
Kristi: Thank you for saying that. After I got eliminated, I knew I had to go home and figure some things out. I realized that modeling is something that I like doing and want to keep doing, so that's what I plan to do.

califacura: Kristi, I was hoping you could tell me where you bought your awesome flag dress, or who designed it.
Kristi: I bought it at a bridal store in St. Louis, and the lady that owns the shop made it. But I do know that if you go online, you can find one that looks like it.

guillermoluvsme: Kristi, what do you think of Janice?
Kristi: Janice is the judge I'm least scared of. She has a personality that makes her say negative things on the show, but off camera she's really friendly. I also think she's almost always right, so you should listen to her.

DiorShoes: Kristi, what is your opinion on Amanda's newfound attitude change?
Kristi: I thought it was pretty funny, but it did make her more confident, and that's a good thing. I don't know if the makeover made her look better, but whatever works.

BigFish: You seemed pretty down on your modeling when you left. Was it harder than you anticipated?
Kristi: Yes. I think anyone who's interested in being on the show should know that it takes a lot of work. You need to go in with a strong attitude and be really well rested, because you're not going to get much sleep.

DanaB: Are you glad that life can go back to normal at the studio?
Kristi: I'm so glad. It will be nice to not have people ask me "did you get cut this week?"

kristirox: Kristi, which photo shoot was your favorite? Which one do you think you looked best in?
Kristi: Jamaica was my favorite shoot by far. There's something about being flown to another country to take pictures. It just makes you look better.

VuittonBagGirl: Kristi, did they have anybody helping you guys first get situated to pose for the Lee jeans shoot? It must have been hard to know where your hair should lie, etc, and then to have to look good looking up. Was it as hard as it looked?
Kristi: They situated us all before we started the shoot and then lectured to all of us about we shouldn't move at all. Every time someone did move, we had to pause and re-pose everyone. So yes, it was tough. Way tougher than it looked.

DiorShoes: Kristi, what was it like meeting Yoanna?
Kristi: It was great because she was really open and honest with us. I thought she had a lot of good advice.

evadiva_1: Kristi, what do you think of Eva?
Kristi: Eva and I were actually friends. I think the thing people don't know about Eva is that she's just as insecure as everyone else. She's just better at hiding it.

caramel_mami: How do you feel about Amanda's blindness and modeling? Do you think she ill make it?
Kristi: I hope so, for her sake. She's really driven, and I think that can get anyone anywhere they want to go.

BigFish: Kristi, which of the girls did you think had the best attitude about modeling?
Kristi: I guess Norelle did. It's a hard call, because if you have an attitude like Eva and you're really confident, that can help, but if you're not humble, then you're not going to learn anything. I think Norelle's a good mix. Somewhere in the middle between really confident and really humble.

Animal-a-Day: Do you think if you had done something a little more scandalous you might not have been voted off?
Kristi: No, I don't think so. We're not judged on our scandalous personalities, we're judged on the pictures we take and how we perform in competition.

Kela_B: Do you think being a drama queen or having people feel sympathy for you would have kept you on the show a little longer? It seems like Eva and Amanda are using those things to play in their favor. How do you feel about that?
Kristi: If you can use it to your favor, then use it. There are no rules against being dramatic; it's just not my nature.

ladybug: Kristi, now that you've had some time since the show, how do you feel about modeling? Do you plan to continue with your plans for a modeling career?
Kristi: I do plan to continue, and my hope is that this time I can take things less personally and be a much better model.

kristirox: Do you think being on ANTM made you more successful in the modeling industry?
Kristi: I don't know if it's going to help or not, but I really hope so. I haven't had much time to pursue it yet.

boxer_baby: Kristi, are you sad?
Kristi: I'm kind of relieved in a way, because I sort of felt like I was drowning there. But obviously, when I auditioned I wanted to win, so it's disappointing.

texas3: Was it fun living at the Waldorf Astoria?
Kristi: It was so much fun! I don't think I would have ever gotten to go there and stay there except for the show, so that was a cool thing. It was so glamorous and it was designed beautifully.

LennoxWannabe: Was it hard to share a room with multiple women?
Kristi: No, I'm used to it. I live with three girls now and yes, it gets really annoying, but you deal with it.

sasha: Kristi, do you think that as someone a little more hesitant about taking off clothes in front of the camera that that is what played a big role in your being let off the show?
Kristi: I don't think so. I did actually do the photo shoot, and I didn't complain about it. It's true that I was hesitant, but I knew there was going to be some time that I had to get naked on the show, so I was ready for it.

kristirox: I love your sense of style. Where do you get all of your outfits? They're so hot!
Kristi: That's funny, because the judges didn't like the way I dressed at all. My style is kind of eclectic. It's sort of a mixture of Missouri and New York styles. I don't know what that means.

cherei04: Did you ever have an issue with Cassie's eating patterns?
Kristi: It was weird how Cassie never wanted to talk about it. We would ask her questions, and she would say, "it's none of your business," and that's what made me nervous about it. I don't know Cassie's eating situation, but she says that she's okay, so I believe her.

MeganA: Did you think Nigel was hot? (I do)
Kristi: Yes, I do. But he was mean, so it made him less hot. And he's married.

Middle_Tom: What did you think about Julie and the manufacturing thing? Were you surprised about it?
Kristi: Yes. It's too bad that Julie said that, because she had a lot of potential, and I don't think she would have left so soon if she hadn't brought up what else she wanted to do in life.

green_eyes: Kristi, is your family supportive of your choice to be a model?
Kristi: Yes, my family's very supportive. In fact, they've been my biggest fans. I don't think I could have gotten through this without them.

guillermoluvsme: Kristi, who did you get along with most in the house? Who did you get along with the least?
Kristi: I would say that Norelle was my closest friend during the show, and Yaya and I never got to know each other very well. Not that we didn't like each other, we just didn't talk.

Animal-a-Day: Do you think you could have done anything differently to stay on the show?
Kristi: I think if I had been more confident in my abilities I would have stayed around longer. Somehow, once I got there, I felt I didn't need to try as hard, and that's just not true.

guillermoluvsme: Kristi, when it came down to you and Jennipher, did you think that you would be the one to go?
Kristi: For some reason, I knew it was me. Even before we walked back into the judging room, I got this weird peaceful feeling, and I just knew it was my turn. I think that's why I didn't cry when Tyra didn't call my name.

sassy: While in New York, did you all go out sometimes? What did you all do for fun in your spare time?
Kristi: There is no spare time during the show.

clarkekent: What was the hardest day for you?
Kristi: I guess the beauty shot day was really hard for me, because I felt really sick and I felt so weird not having makeup on.

babydoll: How much time to you get to spend with Tyra on the show, and is she pretty in the flesh?
Kristi: Tyra is so beautiful in person. It's weird, because you think you're looking at a picture when you're looking at her. I think Tyra is a really good role model for girls who want to be models because she worked her way up and did it really respectfully.

Dolphie: Kristi, did you miss St. Louis, or are you like me and can't wait to get out of here?
Kristi: I love St. Louis. I miss it all the time. I go to school in New York, and I miss St. Louis a lot. But New York is a great place to live, and there's a lot here that you can't get at home.

Middle_Tom: Did Tyra like you? She seemed to always make positive comments about you.
Kristi: Tyra always said that she liked that I was a Republican. She said it was funny that I would fight with her because she's such a Democrat. I was always grateful for her positive comments in the judging room. She probably wouldn't have picked me if she didn't like me.

DiorShoes: Kristi, do you have any opinion on why the judges don't have a problem with a plus-size model this year?
Kristi: Hopefully, it's because they've opened their eyes. People need to learn to embrace plus size and not look at it as a separate thing from fashion modeling. Toccara is really beautiful, and she shouldn't be considered any differently because of her size.

iggy_pop: Is Ann as crazy as she seems?
Kristi: I would say Ann is by far the craziest. Because you don't expect it from her, and then all of a sudden she'll just say the thing that everyone is thinking, but doesn't want to say. It's a little scary, because she's an athlete and she can beat any one of us up.

sunny: Kristi, I was so sad to see you leave. I hope you will continue to pursue modeling, because you are gorgeous and are such a positive role model. I admired how hard-working you were and dedicated to the work at hand, not the drama. I was really sad to see you go.
Kristi: Thank you. I really appreciate that. That's what I try to be, and I'm glad to see that some people think I am.

Djdeluxay_Seattle: They also said you always looked dead. Did you ever work on that?
Kristi: Yes, I tried to work on that, but the truth was that I sometimes felt pretty dead. I was really tired and insecure, and I think that registers on your face.

sasha: You seem like a modest Christian with high moral values....do you think this would give you a disadvantage in the modeling world?
Kristi: I hope not. I hope that moral values don't keep you from fashion. If it's true, then I don't want to be part of fashion.

Gabriella: What are your plans for the future in terms of modeling?
Kristi: My plans are to pursue it. I really like modeling, and I think I can do it a lot better, so I can't wait to try.
